Rand J. Gruen Ph.D

Dr. Gruen received his B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. in two areas of psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, completed a three-year fellowship in Psychiatry at Yale University School of Medicine, and was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry, NYU Medical Center. He is currently an Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at Yale University School of Medicine and the founder and Executive Director of Westchester Child and Adult Psychological Services, PLLC.

Rebecca Reed Ph.D.

Dr. Reed obtained her B.A. from George Washington University and her M.A. and Ph.D. from Columbia University. As a clinician, she works with adolescents, adults, couples, and families with a range of difficulties.  She has special expertise in the LGBTQ area. Dr. Reed is also a Lecturer at Teachers College, Columbia University.

Robert Glanz Ph.D.

Dr. Glanz received his Ph.D. from The University of Texas at Austin.  He received a post-doctoral certificate in clinical psychology from Columbia University and additional training at Harvard Medical School. Previously, he was the founder and clinical director of a multi-state, multi-specialty health psychology group. He has special expertise in the area of health psychology, which examines the relationship between psychological and physical health; stress management; mindfulness; and meditation.   

Alex Soltren, M.D., F.A.A.P

Alex Soltren, M.D., F.A.A.P is a board-certified general pediatrician. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Harvard University, his medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and completed his residency in pediatrics at Cohen Children’s Medical Center at Northshore/Long Island Jewish (now Northwell). At present, he serves as a primary care physician in pediatrics in Greenwich, CT, and as medical director for multiple school districts in Westchester county.

Ilana Rosenberg, LCSW-R

Ilana Rosenberg, LCSW-R graduated from Tufts University with a major in Child Development. She received her Masters in Social Work LCSW from Wurzeiler School of Social Work. She has more than a decade of experience working with adolescents, adults, couples and families and utilizes a strength-based CBT ACT approach. She has special expertise working with parents and families to give them skills to enable direct, effective communication in families and facilitate problem-solving.    

Lauren Tetenbaum LMSW JD PMH-C

Lauren Tetenbaum, LMSW, JD, PMH-C obtained a B.A. magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, a master’s degree in social work from New York University, and a JD from the Cardozo School of Law. She also received training and certifications in perinatal mental health, coaching, and women’s leadership from Stanford, Yale, the Seleni Institute, and Postpartum Support International. Lauren focuses on maternal mental health, partnership dynamics, and parenting during the perinatal period.  

Deborah Bolger M.S.Ed., MHC

Debbie Bolger obtained her B.A. from Rutgers University, her M.S. in Counseling Psychology and Education from Fordham University, and her certificate in Mental Health Counseling from Long Island University. She focuses on problems at the intersection of mental health and learning, and has experience working with both parents and children.  She has special expertise in the areas of ADHD, executive function weakness, oppositional defiant disorders, and emotion dysregulation.  

Drew Robins, Ph.D

Dr. Robins received his B.A. from Vassar College and his Ph.D. from Case Western, specializing in child and family psychology.  He completed a fellowship in child and adolescent psychology at New York - Presbyterian Hospital and worked at the National Institute of Mental Health early in his career. He was a faculty member at Weill Cornell Medical College for many years and specializes in individual, family, and group psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and young adults.


Benjamin Bernstein Ph.D.

Dr. Bernstein obtained his B.A. from Brown University and his M.A. and Ph.D. from the City College of New York. He is currently the interim director of the Argent assessment program at Silver Hill Hospital in New Canaan, Connecticut. He has extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of depression, anxiety, addiction, PTSD, and other mental health disorders.

Mark Bertin M.D.

Dr. Bertin is a developmental behavioral pediatrician in Pleasantville, NY.  He attended UCLA School of Medicine, trained in general pediatrics at Oakland Children’s Hospital, and completed fellowship training in neurodevelopmental behavioral pediatrics at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.  He is a faculty member at New York Medical College and the Windward Teacher Training Institute and the author of How Children Thrive, Mindful Parenting for ADHDThe Family ADHD Solution and Mindfulness and Self-Compassion for Teen ADHD.
